Soccer Game Preview: Harrison vs. Carmel

Harrison is 1-7-1 against Carmel since September of 2017 but they'll have a chance to close the gap a little bit on Saturday. The Raiders will square off against the Greyhounds at 4:00 p.m. Both teams are coming into the contest red-hot, with Harrison sitting on seven straight victories and Carmel on nine.

Harrison is on a roll after a high-stakes playoff matchup on Saturday. They never let South Bend Adams get on the board and left with a 1-0 win. Harrison's winning goal came courtesy of Octavio Chavez.

Meanwhile, Carmel faced Bloomington South in a battle between two of the state's top teams on Saturday. The Greyhounds were the clear victors by a 5-0 margin over the Panthers. Give Carmel's defense some credit: that's the team's fourth straight shutout.

Carmel's victory bumped their record up to 17-1-3. As for Harrison, their win bumped their record up to 18-1-3.
