Burton had already proven themselves in the regular season and they didn't miss a beat now that it's playoff time. Everything went their way against the Agua Dulce Longhorns on Friday as they made off with a 3-0 victory. The Panthers are really starting to get used to good results now that the team has won 13 straight.

The final score came out to 25-9, 25-13, 25-19.

Multiple players turned in solid performances to lead Burton to victory, but perhaps none more so than Adison Harmel, who had eight digs and two aces. Harmel is also on a roll when it comes to assists, as she's now posted 12 or more in each of the last 21 games she's played. Another player making a difference was Paige Fritsch, who had 23 digs.

Burton's win bumped their record up to 39-9. As for Agua Dulce, with the loss, they broke their seven-match winning streak and moved their record to 18-8.

Looking ahead, Burton will face off against Shiner at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday. Agua Dulce does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
