There's no place like home for Torrington, who bounced back after a  loss on the road  on Tuesday. They walked away with  a   3-1  victory over the Newcastle Dogies  on Friday. This was a revenge game for the Trailblazers: when they faced off against the Dogies  back in August, they had to take a  2-1  loss.
 Torrington had a slow start but a hot finish: after dropping the first set, they turned around to win the next three. The final score came out to 23-25, 25-19, 25-20,  25-18.
 Zoe Wilson paced Torrington's offense, picking up 16 kills. Wilson got some help from  Natalie Long and her 37 assists. Wilson also made an impact serving:  she shared the team lead in aces with  Ellis Mortimore, each putting up four.
Torrington has  been performing  well recently as they've  won three of their last four contests. That's provided a nice bump to their 8-6-2 record  this season. As for Newcastle, they have  been struggling recently as they've  lost ten of their last 12 matchups. That's put a noticeable dent in their 6-14 record  this season.
 Torrington wasted no time getting back out on the court and has already played their next  match,  a  3-1  win against Burns on the 27th. As for Newcastle, they have also already played their next contest,  a  3-2  victory against Wheatland on the 27th.
