Edmondson-Westside secured a 55-51 W over Dunbar. Winning may never get old, but the Red Storm sure are getting used to it with their sixth in a row.

Edmondson-Westside pushed their record up to 6-0-1 with the victory, which was their fifth straight at home dating back to last season. Those victories came thanks to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they averaged 60.8 points per game. As for Poly, the win got them back to even at 4-4.

Everything came up roses for Poly against Edmondson-Westside when the teams last played back in February of 2024, as the team secured a 78-29 victory. The rematch might be a little tougher for Poly since the squad won't have the home-court advantage this time around. We'll see if the change in venue makes a difference.
