Baseball Recap: Radford Comes Up Short

Tuesday just wasn't the day for Radford's offense. They came up short against the Alleghany Cougars on Tuesday, falling 10-0. The Bobcats' defeat continues a trend for the squad, making it four in a row.

Radford saw three different players step up and record at least one hit. One of them was Parker Billings, who went 1-for-2 with one double.

Radford's record is now 3-7-1. As for Alleghany, their victory ended a three-game drought at home and bumped them up to 6-8.

Both teams will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Radford will face off against Blacksburg at 5:00 p.m. on Thursday. As for Alleghany, they will take on Staunton at 5:30 p.m. on Friday.
