They simply couldn't be stopped on Thursday as they easily beat the Clarkston Angoras 34-0 at home. Multiple players turned in solid performances to lead Northview to victory, but perhaps none more so than Drew Beane, who threw for 130 yards and two touchdowns on only ten passes, and also rushed for 33 yards and a touchdown. Those 33 rushing yards gave Beane a new career-high. Another rusher making a difference was Logan Kupfer, who rushed for 132 yards and a touchdown while picking up 7.8 yards per carry.
Northview's defense stepped up as well, laying out the QB three times. Max Goldblatt was especially locked on to Clarkston's QB and sacked him twice.
