Volleyball Recap: Luxemburg-Casco Gets the Win

Luxemburg-Casco had to kick off their season on the road on Tuesday, but they showed no ill effects. They came out on top against the Appleton North Lightning by a score of 2-0. The Spartans were shut out 2-0 the last time they took on the Lightning, so the Spartans were just returning the favor.

Aubrey Frey paced Luxemburg-Casco's offense, picking up 11 kills. Frey got some help from Alayna Deprez and her 27 assists. Rylan Kaminski controlled things from the service line, finishing with two aces.

Luxemburg-Casco has already played their next contest, a 2-0 defeat against Bay Port on the 26th. As for Appleton North, they also didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next matchup, a 2-1 loss against Freedom on the 26th.
