Soccer Game Preview: Casa Roble vs. Natomas

The Casa Roble Rams are taking a road trip to take on the Natomas Nighthawks at 6:00 p.m. on Monday. Casa Roble's offense has struggled lately (the team hasn't scored more than a single goal for three straight games), a trend the team is no doubt ready to end.

Casa Roble is looking to tack another W on to their season record, something they couldn't quite do against Destiny Christian Academy on Wednesday. Neither Casa Roble nor Destiny Christian Academy could gain the upper hand so the two teams had to settle for a 1-1 draw.

Meanwhile, after soaring to seven goals the game before, Natomas was a bit more limited in their contest on Wednesday. They fell just short of Rio Linda by a score of 2-1. The loss continues a trend for the Nighthawks in their matchups with the Knights: they've now lost three in a row.

Casa Roble's draw gives them a new season record of 2-6-1. As for Natomas, their defeat dropped their record down to 5-4-1.

Casa Roble might still be hurting after the 4-1 loss they got from Natomas when the teams last played back in December of 2024. Can Casa Roble avenge their defeat or is history doomed to repeat itself? We'll find out soon enough.
