Volleyball Recap: Santa Rosa Academy Takes a Loss

The Santa Rosa Academy Rangers came up short against the Murrieta Valley Nighthawks on Tuesday, falling 3-0.

The defeat didn't mean the game wasn't competitive: Murrieta Valley scored at least 17 points in every set. The final score came out to 25-20, 25-18, 25-17.

Santa Rosa Academy now has a losing record of 3-4. As for Murrieta Valley, their victory ended a three-game drought on the road and puts them at 8-11.

Coming up, Santa Rosa Academy will venture away from home to challenge Saint Jeanne de Lestonnac Catholic School at 5:00 p.m. on Wednesday. Santa Rosa Academy is facing Saint Jeanne de Lestonnac Catholic School at the right time seeing as Saint Jeanne de Lestonnac Catholic School is stuck on a six-game losing streak. As for Murrieta Valley, they will be playing at home against Murrieta Mesa at 6:30 p.m. on Wednesday.
