Fenton dropped their record down to 6-9 on Tuesday, which also ended the team's three-game streak of wins. They lost 8-0 to the Glenbard East Rams. The matchup marked the first time this year in which the Bison were not able to get on the board.

As for Glenbard East, their win bumped their record up to 8-2. Considering they have won seven games by more than five runs this season, Tuesday's blowout was nothing new.

For Glenbard East's part, not much got past Claire Bolda, who gave up just three hits and racked up 13 Ks to keep Fenton off the board. Bolda has been consistent: she hasn't tossed less than nine strikeouts in seven consecutive appearances.

On the hitting side, Glenbard East got a massive performance out of Lilly Carver, who went 2-for-3 with one home run. Another player making a difference was Marley Szeluga, who went 2-for-3 with two RBI, one run, and one double.

Both squads are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Fenton will square off against Glenbard South at 4:30 p.m. on Wednesday. The Raiders will roll in looking for their fourth straight victory, something the Bison surely won't give up without a fight. As for Glenbard East, they will face off against Aurora East at 4:45 p.m. on Wednesday. The Rams are facing the Tomcats at the right time seeing as the Tomcats are stuck on a ten-game losing streak.
