Basketball Recap: Carsonville-Port Sanilac Takes a Loss

Carsonville-Port Sanilac was the 58-56 winner over Mayville when they last played one another back in February, but their luck changed this time around. The Carsonville-Port Sanilac Tigers lost 44-22 to the Mayville Wildcats on Friday. The Tigers have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Carsonville-Port Sanilac's loss dropped their record down to 1-3. As for Mayville, the win made it two in a row for them and bumps their season record up to 3-1.

Both teams are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Carsonville-Port Sanilac will host North Huron at 7:30 a.m. on Tuesday. As for Mayville, a feisty cat fight will be fought when the Mayville Wildcats duke it out with the All Saints Central Cougars at 7:30 p.m. on Wednesday. Mayville is facing All Saints Central at the right time seeing as All Saints Central is stuck on a three-game losing streak.
