Recap: Lebanon Yellowjackets vs. Camdenton Lakers

The Lebanon Yellowjackets's recent rough patch got a bit rougher on Thursday after their seventh straight loss. They were the victim of a rough 75-51 loss at the hands of Camdenton. Lebanon was in a tough position after the first half, with the score already sitting at 53-31.

Lebanon lost despite a true team effort on the offense, the best among them being Bodie Cox, who scored 18 points along with five steals. Another player making a difference was Mackenzie Perryman, who scored 12 points along with six rebounds.

Lebanon bumped their record down to 1-9 with that loss, which was their fourth straight at home dating back to last season. Those losses can't be blamed on the team's offensive performance across that stretch, as they averaged 54.3 points per game. As for Camdenton, their win bumped their record up to 1-7.

Both squads are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Lebanon will take on Parkview at 6:00 p.m. on Thursday. As for Camdenton, they will look to defend their home court on Monday against Rolla at 6:00 p.m. Rolla knows how to get points on the board -- the team has finished with flashy point totals in its past six matchups -- so hopefully Camdenton likes a good challenge.
