 Springfield fell victim to Lincoln and their airtight pitching crew  on Friday. They fell just short of the Lincoln Railsplitters by a score of  1-0. Springfield was given a dose of their own medicine in this game as Lincoln apparently hadn't forgotten their  loss the last time these teams played  back in April.
 Springfield saw three different players step up and record at least one hit. One of them was  Megan Bullock, who  went 2-for-3 with two  doubles.
