Baseball Recap: Norwin Picks Up Fourth Straight Win on the Road

While Norwin put up some runs on Saturday, the same can't be said for Canon-McMillan. The Knights came out on top against the Big Macs by a score of 3-0. Surprisingly, this marked the fourth straight game that the away team has come away the victor.

Norwin pushed their record up to 5-6 with the win, which was their fourth straight on the road. Those road victories came thanks in part to their hitting performance across that stretch, as they averaged 7.3 runs over those games. As for Canon-McMillan, this is the second loss in a row for them and nudges their season record down to 8-3.

Coming up, Norwin will look to defend their home field on Monday against Woodland Hills at 4:00 p.m. The Wolverines have struggled to contain batters this season (they've allowed 9.17 runs per game on average), something the Knights will no doubt try to take advantage of. As for Canon-McMillan, they will head out on the road to take on Mt. Lebanon at 4:15 p.m. on Monday.
