Baseball Recap: Northgate Triumphs

Northgate won the last time they faced Antioch and things went their way on Wednesday too. The Broncos came out on top against the Panthers by a score of 8-3.

Robert Jurado was a standout: he scored a run while going 2-for-4. Tyler Eby was another key player, scoring a run and stealing a base while going 2-for-3.

Northgate always had someone on base and finished the game having posted an OBP of .531. The last time their OBP was this high was back in March of 2024.

Northgate's victory bumped their record up to 7-5. As for Antioch, they have been struggling recently as they've lost six of their last seven matches. That's put a noticeable dent in their 4-8 record this season.
