Softball Recap: Greenwich Continues Home Dominance on Thursday

Greenwich won the last time they faced Cambridge and things went their way on Thursday too. The Witches were the clear victors by a 22-2 margin over the N/A. The win was familiar territory for the Witches, who have now won four matches in a row.

Greenwich's victory was their tenth straight at home dating back to last season, which pushed their record up to 12-3. The team dominated over that stretch too, winning by an average of 12.7 runs. As for Cambridge, the loss snapped their winning streak at three games and leaves them with a 6-6 record.

Coincidentally, Greenwich and Cambridge will both be playing Saratoga Central Catholic the next time they take the field. The N/A will host the Saints at 4:30 p.m. on Friday, while the Witches will host them at 4:30 p.m. on Monday.
