Football Recap: Central Comes Up Short + How To Watch

Central was not able to break out of their rough patch on Friday as the team picked up their third straight loss. They received a blow as they fell 35-16 to the Midland Chemics. While losing is never fun, the Wolves can't take it too hard given the team's big disadvantage in MaxPreps' Michigan football rankings (they are ranked 318th, while the Chemics are ranked 128th).

Central's defeat dropped their record down to 1-3. As for Midland, their victory was their fifth straight on the road dating back to last season, which pushed their record up to 3-1.

Central has already played their next contest, a 54-14 loss against Mt. Pleasant on the 26th. As for Midland, they also wasted no time getting back out on the field and have already played their next matchup, a 27-21 defeat against Traverse City West on the 26th.
