Softball Recap: Legacy Christian Academy Takes a Tough Playoff Loss

Legacy Christian Academy and Bishop Union squared off in some playoff action on Friday, but Legacy Christian Academy had to settle for second. They came up short against the Broncos, falling 10-0. The match marked the first time this season in which the Lions were not able to get on the board.

Legacy Christian Academy has traveled a rocky road recently, having lost three of their last four contests. That's put a noticeable dent in their 7-11 record this season. As for Bishop Union, the win (which was their fourth in a row) raised their record to 12-7.

Legacy Christian Academy does not have any more games scheduled as of now. As for Bishop Union, they will take on Roosevelt at 4:30 p.m. on Tuesday. The Rough Riders will roll in looking for their fourth straight victory, something the Broncos surely won't give up without a fight.
