Basketball Recap: Flushing Comes Up Short

Flushing was not able to break out of their rough patch on Saturday as the team picked up their eighth straight defeat. They lost 36-15 to the John Adams Spartans. The game marked the Red Devils' lowest-scoring contest so far this season.

Flushing's loss dropped their record down to 0-8. As for John Adams, they pushed their record up to 8-2 with the victory, which was their seventh straight at home dating back to last season.

Flushing will welcome Bayside at 4:30 p.m. on Tuesday. As for John Adams, they will venture away from home to square off against Townsend Harris at 4:30 p.m. on Wednesday.
