Soccer Game Preview: Queen's Grant vs. Piedmont Community Charter

For the first time this season, Queen's Grant will have a chance to prove themselves in a conference matchup on Monday. They will head out on the road to square off against the Piedmont Community Charter Patriots at 4:00 p.m. Queen's Grant will be strutting in after a victory while Piedmont Community Charter will be coming in after a loss.

Queen's Grant's defense heads into the contest hoping to repeat the dominance they displayed on Wednesday. They blew past Langtree Charter Academy 9-0. The Stallions haven't had any issues with the Lions recently, as the game was their sixth consecutive win against them.

Meanwhile, Piedmont Community Charter lost 4-1 to Garinger on Friday. That's two games in a row now that the Patriots have lost by exactly three goals.

The victory got Queen's Grant back to even at 1-1. As for Piedmont Community Charter, this is the second loss in a row for them and nudges their season record down to 0-2.
