Softball Recap: Titusville Comes Up Short

Titusville managed to slip by Grove City the last time these teams faced off, but didn't have those same answers this time around. Titusville lost 8-1 to Grove City on Thursday. Having soared to a lofty 15 runs in the game before, the Rockets couldn't push the score so high this time.

Titusville's defeat dropped their record down to 1-1. As for Grove City, the win also got them back to even at 1-1.

Coming up, Titusville is headed away from home for the first time to face off against Seneca at 4:00 p.m. on Tuesday. As for Grove City, they will square off against Mercer at 4:00 p.m. on Tuesday.
