Football Recap: Franklin Community Grizzly Cubs vs. Mt. Vernon Marauders

Franklin Community won the last time they faced Mt. Vernon and things went their way on Friday too. The Grizzly Cubs took down the Marauders 27-13. The victory made it back-to-back wins for the Grizzly Cubs.

Franklin Community got their victory on the backs of several key players, but it was Cori Tonte out in front who rushed for 152 yards and three touchdowns. Those 152 rushing yards gave Tonte a new career-high. Greyson Betts was another key signal caller, throwing for 181 yards and one TD on only ten passes.
