Winning is always nice, but doing so behind a season-high score is even better (just ask Hampton). They put the hurt on the Valley Vikings with a sharp 74-48 win on Tuesday. The Talbots have seen this before: they got the W the last time they saw the Vikings, too.

The victory made it two in a row for Hampton and bumps their season record up to 5-6. As for Valley, they are on a four-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 2-5.

Both teams will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Hampton will face off against Armstrong at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. Hampton is facing Armstrong at the right time seeing as Armstrong is stuck on a three-game losing streak. As for Valley, they will take on Burrell at 7:30 p.m. on Friday.
