Volleyball Recap: Gunn's Win on Saturday Extends Winning Streak to Three

Gunn entered their tilt with Lincoln on Saturday with two consecutive wins, and they'll enter their next game with three. They came out on top against the Lions by a score of 2-0. The Titans have seen this before: they got the W the last time they saw the Lions, too.

Gunn easily took the first set, but they let things get interesting in the other. Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-14, 25-21.

Jessica Jacobson paced Gunn's offense, picking up 13 kills. Jacobson got some help from Audra Yuan and her 22 assists.

Gunn's win bumped their record up to 10-8. As for Lincoln, their defeat ended a ten-game streak of wins at home dating back to last season and dropped them to 6-7.

Gunn has already played their next contest, a 2-0 victory against Evergreen Valley on the 20th. As for Lincoln, they will head out to challenge Gilroy at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday.
