The Lab School of Washington's tournament run continued when they took on Calverton on Saturday. The Lab School of Washington Dragons lost 82-58 to Calverton. Even though they lost, the Dragons' still made a splash on offense and bumped their average scoring up to 51.5 points per game (they're now ranked -1th in scoring overall).
Despite the loss, The Lab School of Washington still got an impressive performance from Donovan Harris, who went 13 of 24 on his way to 41 points and four steals. The team also got some help courtesy of Joshua Bumbray, who posted two points along with 11 rebounds and four steals.
Calverton's victory was a true team effort, with many players turning in solid performances. Perhaps the best among them was Justus Washington, who dropped a double-double on 19 points and ten boards. As for Calverton, they also didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next contest, a 72-31 loss against Southern Maryland Christian Academy on the 12th.
