Northside won the last time they faced Smiths Station and things went their way on Monday too. The Patriots walked away with a 2-0 win over the Panthers. The victory made it back-to-back wins for the Patriots.

While Northside won a shutout, things came down to the wire in the second set they played. The final score came out to 25-19, 26-24.

Northside's victory bumped their record up to 12-15. As for Smiths Station, they have traveled a rocky road recently, having lost three of their last four matches. That's put a noticeable dent in their 2-4 record this season.

Northside wasted no time getting back out on the court and has already played their next contest, a 2-1 win against Glenwood on the 29th. As for Smiths Station, they will look to defend their home court on Wednesday against Auburn at 6:00 p.m.
