Baseball Recap: Mt. Hermon Takes a Loss

Mt. Hermon was not able to break out of their rough patch on Thursday as the team picked up their third straight defeat. They came up short against the Varnado Wildcats, falling 21-6. The Yellowjackets were not able to repeat the success they had when they faced the Wildcats earlier this season, when they won 12-6.

Mt. Hermon's loss dropped their record down to 3-6. As for Varnado, they moved to 2-10 with that win, which also ended their ten-game losing streak.

Coming up, Mt. Hermon will square off against Holden at 5:30 p.m. on Tuesday. As for Varnado, they will challenge Ecole Classique at 3:15 p.m. on Monday.
