Softball Recap: Pender Patriots vs. Fairmont Golden Tornadoes
Pender fought the good fight in their extra-innings game against Fairmont on Thursday but wound up with a less-than-desirable result. They fell just short of the Golden Tornadoes by a score of 9-8. The Patriots were not able to repeat the success they had when they faced the Golden Tornadoes earlier this season, when they won 4-3.
