Football Game Preview: Stevens vs. Trinity

After two weeks on the road, Stevens is heading back home. On Friday they will take on Trinity at 7:00 PM. Stevens are expected to win -- but not by much -- so they will need to come into the contest prepared for a fight.

Stevens came up short against Lebanon last Saturday, falling 16-26. Stevens's defeat came about despite a quality game from senior Baylor Rozzell, who rushed for 60 yards and 1 touchdown. In fact, with ten tackles Rozzell was a force on both sides of the ball.

Meanwhile, Trinity were able to grind out a solid win over Hillsboro-Deering/Hopkinton, winning 14-6. The success made it back-to-back wins for Trinity.

Trinity's victory lifted them to 5-2 while Stevens's loss dropped them down to 5-2. We'll see if Trinity's success rolls on or if Stevens are able to steal their positive momentum.
