Basketball Game Preview: Dominion Titans vs. Tuscarora Huskies

Dominion is 1-9 against Tuscarora since December of 2020 but they'll have a chance to close the gap a little bit on Monday. The Dominion Titans will challenge the Tuscarora Huskies at 7:15 p.m.

Dominion came up short against Heritage on Friday, falling 57-37. The game marked the Titans' lowest-scoring matchup so far this season.

Meanwhile, Tuscarora entered their tilt with Broad Run on Friday with three consecutive wins but they'll enter their next game with four. They had just enough and edged the Spartans out 69-66. For those keeping track at home, that's the closest victory the Huskies have posted since February 15, 2024.

Tuscarora pushed their record up to 13-5 with the win, which was their sixth straight at home. Those victories came thanks to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they averaged 67.5 points per game. As for Dominion, their defeat dropped their record down to 6-14.

Dominion might still be hurting after the 77-51 loss they got from Tuscarora in their previous matchup back in January. Can Dominion avenge their defeat or is history doomed to repeat itself? We'll find out soon enough.
