Basketball Recap: Torrington Trailblazers vs. Rawlins Outlaws
Torrington easily dispatched Burns last Saturday, but unfortunately both the margin and the ultimate result were a different story in this one. The Torrington Trailblazers fell just short of the Rawlins Outlaws by a score of 48-46 on Friday. Give some credit to the fans of both teams: the last five times they've met, the home team has come away the winner.

Despite the loss, Torrington still got an impressive performance from Landre Greiman, who shot 50% from the field en route to 23 points and five steals. Greiman's big performance that evening made it three games in a row in which he has scored at least 22 points. Mac Hibben was another key player, putting up seven points in addition to six rebounds and three steals.
Rawlins' win was a true team effort, with many players turning in solid performances. Perhaps the best among them was Damien Vialpando, who posted 11 points. The team also got some help courtesy of Timothy Philo, who earned nine points.
Torrington's loss dropped their record down to 8-11. As for Rawlins, they moved to 6-14 with that victory, which also ended their three-game losing streak.
