Lamar extended their winning streak to four games thanks to a huge performance from Brooklyn Robbins. The Lamar Thunder took their game on Tuesday with ease, bagging a 63-32 win over the Rye Thunderbolts thanks to Robbins, who dropped a double-double with 28 points and ten rebounds. The matchup was her fourth in a row with at least 16 points.

Another player making a difference was Josylynn Rodriguez, who posted four points along with six boards and four steals. That's the most steals she has posted since back in December of 2024.

When it comes to explaining why Rye lost, don't look at Kelsy Stribling. Despite the final result, she almost dropped a double-double with 18 points and nine rebounds.

Lamar's record now sits at 15-3. As for Rye, they are on a three-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 7-10.

Both teams will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Lamar will head out to face off against Manitou Springs at 11:30 a.m. on Saturday. As for Rye, they will head out on the road to take on Buena Vista at 5:30 p.m. on Friday.
