NCSSM: Durham has gone 8-0 against East Wake Academy recently and they'll look to pad the win column further on Tuesday. The NCSSM: Durham Unicorns just played yesterday, but they'll still head out to face the East Wake Academy Eagles at 6:00 p.m. Given that both suffered a loss in their last games, they both have a little extra motivation heading into this contest.

On Monday, NCSSM: Durham was within striking distance but couldn't close the gap as they fell 39-35 to Franklin Academy.

Meanwhile, East Wake Academy was not able to break out of their rough patch on Friday as the team picked up their fourth straight defeat. They were outmatched by Wake Prep Academy and fell 76-46. The Eagles were down 58-30 at the end of the third quarter, and things only got worse from there.

NCSSM: Durham's loss dropped their record down to 10-8. As for East Wake Academy, their defeat dropped their record down to 8-6.

NCSSM: Durham beat East Wake Academy 28-17 in their previous matchup back in January. The rematch might be a little tougher for NCSSM: Durham since the squad won't have the home-court advantage this time around. We'll see if the change in venue makes a difference.
