Soccer Recap: Greenbrier Takes a Loss

Greenbrier lost against White House back in September of 2024 and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Thursday. The Bobcats lost 8-0 to the Blue Devils. While losing is never fun, Greenbrier can't take it too hard given the team's big disadvantage in MaxPreps' Tennessee soccer rankings (they are ranked 207th, while White House are ranked 72nd).

This is the second loss in a row for Greenbrier and nudges their season record down to 5-7. As for White House, the win made it two in a row for them and bumps their season record up to 8-5-1.

Greenbrier does not have any more games scheduled as of now. As for White House, they will look to defend their home pitch on Tuesday against Gallatin at 6:00 p.m. White House's defense better be ready for this one: Gallatin have averaged an impressive 2.9 goals per game this season.
