Baseball Recap: General Brown Takes a Loss

Monday just wasn't the day for General Brown's offense. They lost 12-0 to the South Jefferson Spartans on Monday. The Lions haven't had much luck with the Spartans recently, as the team has come up short the last eight times they've met.

General Brown's defeat dropped their record down to 2-9. As for South Jefferson, they are on a roll lately: they've won four of their last five matches. That's provided a massive bump to their 4-7 record this season.

While General Brown had to take the loss, they won't have to wait long to give it another shot: the pair's next game is a rematch scheduled at 5:00 p.m. on Tuesday.
