Basketball Recap: Kingswood Takes a Loss

Kingswood was the 69-51 winner over Milford when they last played one another back in January, but their luck changed this time around. The Kingswood Knights lost to the Milford Spartans on the road by a 49-34 margin on Friday. The Knights have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Kingswood now has a losing record at 1-2. As for Milford, their win ended a five-game drought at home dating back to last season and bumped them up to 1-1.

After both having extra time off, Kingswood and Oyster River will shake off the cobwebs and square off against one another at 6:30 p.m. on January 3, 2025. As for Milford, they will get to enjoy the win for a while: their next game is against Laconia at 6:00 p.m. on January 3, 2025.
