Skyview dropped their record down to 4-4 on Wednesday, which also ended the team's three-game streak of wins. They came up short against the Billings Senior Broncs, falling 10-0. Having soared to a lofty 17 runs in the game before, the Falcons' shutout was a dramatic turnaround.

Skyview saw two different players step up and record at least one hit. One of them was Ella Martin, who went a perfect 2-for-2 with one double.

As for Billings Senior, the win was the eighth in a row for them, bringing their record up to 10-1. Those victories came thanks in part to their hitting performance across that stretch, as they averaged 14.9 runs over those games.

On Billings Senior's side, Riley Tryan made a splash while hitting and pitching. She didn't allow a single earned run over six innings pitched. Tryan has been consistent: she hasn't given up more than two walks in eight consecutive appearances. She was also big at the plate, going 2-for-3 with two doubles and one RBI. Those two doubles gave her a new career-high.

In other batting news, the team relied heavily on Ivy Runsabove, who went a perfect 3-for-3 with three runs, three RBI, and one triple. Those three RBI gave her a new career-high. The team also got some help courtesy of Viennah Meyer, who went 3-for-4 with three runs and one triple.

Skyview wasted no time getting back out on the field and has already played their next match, a 17-3 defeat against Sentinel on the 19th. As for Billings Senior, they also didn't take long to hit the field again: they've already played their next contest, a 7-4 loss against Big Sky on the 19th.
