Softball Recap: Glencliff Falls to Martin Luther King Jr. Magnet in First Game of Season

Glencliff had to start their season on the road on Tuesday, and it wasn't the start they were hoping for. They came up short against the Martin Luther King Jr. Magnet Royals, falling 22-1. The loss continues a trend for the Colts in their meetings with the Royals: they've now lost six in a row.

Martin Luther King Jr. Magnet's win was their eighth straight at home dating back to last season, which pushed their record up to 3-1.

Coming up, Glencliff will face off against Maplewood at 3:30 p.m. on Thursday. As for Martin Luther King Jr. Magnet, they will square off against Cane Ridge at 4:15 p.m. on Wednesday.
