Basketball Recap: Crittenden County Comes Up Short

Crittenden County was not able to break out of their rough patch on Friday as the team picked up their 32nd straight loss dating back to last season. They were outmatched by the Webster County Trojans and fell 73-30. Unfortunately, that's the second time they've come up short against the Trojans this season, as they also lost their prior matchup 72-18 back in December of 2024.

Crittenden County's defeat dropped their record down to 0-22. As for Webster County, the victory (which was their third in a row) raised their record to 9-13.

Looking ahead, Crittenden County will look to defend their home court on February 21st against Hopkins County Central at 7:30 p.m. As for Webster County, they will head out on the road to challenge McLean County at 7:30 p.m. on Monday.
