Baseball Game Preview: Bandera BULLDOGS vs. Navarro Panthers

For the second straight game, Bandera will face off against Navarro. The BULLDOGS will be playing at home against the Panthers at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. The teams are rolling into the game with opposing streaks: Bandera has struggled recently with five losses in a row, while Navarro will arrive with four straight victories.

Last Tuesday, Bandera came up short against Navarro and fell 6-1.

For Navarro's part, Colt Brown and Austin Davidson did most of the damage at the plate: Brown scored two runs and stole two bases while going 3-for-4, while Davidson scored two runs and stole two bases while going 2-for-3. Those two stolen bases gave Davidson a new career-high. Caleb Wood was another key player, scoring a run and stealing two bases while going 2-for-4.

Bandera's defeat dropped their record down to 9-9-1. As for Navarro, their win bumped their record up to 16-2.
