Everything went their way against Central Texas Christian as Live Oak Classical made off with a 57-32 win. The victory was just what Live Oak Classical needed coming off of a 54-28 defeat in their prior game.
Live Oak Classical's win was the result of several impressive offensive performances. One of the most notable came from Audrey Pahmiyer, who scored 21 points along with seven rebounds and two steals. As a matter of fact, that's the most points Pahmiyer has scored all season. The team also got some help courtesy of Julia Pitts, who scored ten points along with seven rebounds and six steals.
Meanwhile, after a string of four wins, Faith Academy's good fortune finally ran out on Tuesday. They were beaten by Brazos Christian 64-21. Faith Academy has not had much luck with Brazos Christian recently, as the team's come up short the last three times they've met.
Live Oak Classical is on a roll lately: they've won ten of their last 12 matches, which provided a nice bump to their 18-11 record this season. As for Faith Academy, their loss ended a four-game streak of away wins and brought them to 14-14.
Live Oak Classical beat Faith Academy 57-44 in their previous meeting back in January. One of the biggest obstacles the team faced in that game was Faith Academy's Morgan Weems, who scored 14 points along with seven rebounds and four blocks.
