Recap: San Juan Broncos vs. Gunnison Valley Bulldogs
Even though the Gunnison Valley Bulldogs scored an imposing 55 points on Friday, the San Juan Broncos still came out on top. San Juan walked away with a 63-55 victory over Gunnison Valley. The victory made it back-to-back wins for San Juan.
San Juan's win was a true team effort, with many players turning in solid performances. Perhaps the best among them was Rj Dalley, who dropped a double-double on 16 points and 12 rebounds. Anthony Done was another key contributor, scoring 18 points.
San Juan's victory bumped their record up to 9-11. As for Gunnison Valley, they are on a three-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 8-9.
San Juan will head out on the road to challenge Duchesne at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. As for Gunnison Valley, they will be playing in front of their home fans against North Sevier at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. The matchup should be an exciting one, as these teams are ranked near one another in Utah (North Sevier is ranked 121st, while Gunnison Valley is ranked 107th).
