Football Game Recap: Lafayette County vs. Spring Hill

It may have taken overtime to finish the job, but Lafayette County ultimately got the result it was hoping for on Friday. They were able to grind out a solid victory over Spring Hill, winning 20-12. The win was a breath of fresh air for Lafayette County as it put an end to their four-game losing streak.

The win bumped Lafayette County's record up to 1-4. The loss dropped Spring Hill's record to 1-3.

Next week Lafayette County take on Foreman at 7:00 PM. Backed by four consecutive blowout victories, Foreman are looking for someone to give them a challenge; hopefully Lafayette County will step up. Spring Hill will be staying on the road, facing off against Mount Ida. Mount Ida are cruising in on a five-game winning streak.
