With a playoff win on the line, Braden River rose to the challenge on Thursday. They skirted past the Manatee Hurricanes 6-4. The win was familiar territory for the Pirates, who have now won three games in a row.

Braden River's victory was truly a team effort as six different players contributed at least one hit. One of them was Rhys Klein, who went 1-for-2 with one run and one RBI. Another was Jackson Williams, who went 1-for-3 with two RBI and one run.

Braden River hit smart and finished the game with only one strikeout. They easily outclassed their opponents in that department as Manatee struck out nine times.

Braden River's win bumped their record up to 14-10. As for Manatee, their defeat dropped their record down to 17-10.

As of now, neither Braden River nor the Hurricanes have any future games scheduled.
