Basketball Recap: Seneca Falls to Van Buren in First Game of Season

Seneca unfortunately couldn't capitalize on their home-court advantage in their season opener. They were beaten by the Van Buren Pointers 80-22 on Thursday. Sadly, the loss continues a streak the team started last season, making it four in a row.

Van Buren's victory bumped their record up to 6-2.

Seneca will take on Neosho in a holiday battle at 6:00 p.m. on Friday. As for Van Buren, they won't have much time to rest: their next matchup is against Thaden at 5:00 p.m. on Friday.
