St. Mary came tearing into Thursday's match with three straight wins , and they left with even more momentum. They put the hurt on the Lincoln Trojans with a sharp 3-0 win. The Rams have seen this before: they got the W the last time they saw the Trojans, too.

St. Mary's walked away with the victory (and looked especially good in the first set). The final score came out to 25-6, 25-18, 25-19.

St. Mary's win was a true team effort, with many players turning in solid performances. Perhaps the best among them was Genevieve Rishwain, who had nine digs and three aces. Another player making a difference was Pelenani Danielson, who had 17 assists and three digs.

St. Mary's victory bumped their record up to 14-8. As for Lincoln, they are on a four-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 5-8.

St. Mary's didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next matchup, a 3-1 win against Lodi on the 7th. As for Lincoln, they also wasted no time getting back out on the court and have already played their next contest, a 3-0 victory against Kimball on the 7th.
