Soccer Recap: Cosby Comes Up Short

If Cosby was feeling good fresh off their 10-0 takedown of Huguenot last Thursday, their most recent game may have dampened their spirits a bit. The Titans came up short against the Godwin Eagles on Tuesday, falling 3-0.

Cosby's defeat was their third straight on the road, which dropped their record down to 3-3. As for Godwin, the victory (which was their fourth in a row) raised their record to 5-2.

Both squads will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Cosby will take on Powhatan at 7:30 p.m. on Thursday. Cosby are facing Powhatan at the right time seeing as Powhatan are stuck on a three-game losing streak. As for Godwin, they will face off against Deep Run at 7:30 p.m. on Friday.
