Basketball Recap: Moorcroft Takes a Loss

Moorcroft lost against Big Piney back in December of 2017 and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Saturday. The matchup between the Moorcroft Wolves and the Big Piney Punchers didn't end well, with the Moorcroft Wolves falling 66-48. The Wolves have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Moorcroft's defeat dropped their record down to 1-6. As for Big Piney, they now have a winning record of 3-2.

Moorcroft will have a little extra prep time after the loss as they won't be playing again for a while. They'll take on Hulett at 7:30 p.m. on January 9, 2025. As for Big Piney, they didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next contest, an 80-55 victory against Wright on the 21st.
