Softball Recap: Rossford Takes a Loss

Rossford was not able to break out of their rough patch on Wednesday as the team picked up their fourth straight defeat. They fell 10-5 to the Lake Flyers. The Bulldogs were given a dose of their own medicine in this game as the Flyers apparently hadn't forgotten their loss the last time these teams played back in April of 2024.

Rossford's defeat dropped their record down to 4-7. As for Lake, the victory was the ninth in a row for them, bringing their record up to 13-1.

Coincidentally, Rossford and Lake will both be playing Liberty-Benton the next time they take the field. The Bulldogs will host the Eagles at 5:00 p.m. on Thursday, while the Flyers will head out to face them at 5:00 p.m. on Friday.
