Softball Recap: Trenton Trojans vs. Roosevelt Bears
Trenton fought the good fight in their extra-innings match against Roosevelt on Thursday but wound up with a less-than-desirable result. They fell just short of the Bears by a score of 10-9. The Trojans were not able to repeat the success they had when they faced the Bears earlier this season, when they won 5-2.
Ashlynn Blank made the most of her time at bat despite the final result and went 3-for-4 with two runs, two doubles, and one RBI. Another player making a difference was Olivia Soens, who went 1-for-4 with two runs and one RBI.
